Open Pipelines
Click the ‘Pipelines’ tab on the left.
Purpose
The pipeline feature allows agents to filter consultants on the platform into a category of their choosing. It can be used to find candidates for a role and single out consultants with highly demanded skills.

Build an AI pipeline
Click ‘Build AI Pipeline’ in the top right. Enter a title and description, then click ‘Continue to Search’.

Refine the AI search
Experiment with the query and filters until satisfied, then click ‘Finalize AI Pipeline’.

Finalize access and notifications
Select the desired access and notification options, then click ‘Finalize AI Pipeline’.

Let the AI pipeline continue working
The pipeline is complete and Oomple’s AI will automatically continue to add consultants matching the pipeline search. Click ‘Back to Pipelines’ to return to the pipeline menu.

Create a manual pipeline
For a manual pipeline, click ‘Create Pipeline’ instead of ‘Build AI Pipeline’.

Add selected consultants
Experiment with the query and filters, then click ‘Add to Pipeline’ for desired candidates. Return to the pipelines menu when finished.

Add manually to AI pipelines
The documentation also states that consultants can be manually added to AI pipelines.
